Lead by non-hearing dancer, model and performer Emawayat ‘Emi’ Elmitt, directed by Dollhouse Picture's Shannon Murphy, the film for Aje uses Emi’s own language of movement and form to communicate the visceral, tactile quality of fashion and expression. Our music plays out like poetry in neoclassical surrounds, through gardens and halls, as an ensemble of dancers flutter in a kaleidoscopic tableau of music, colour and movement.
