SXSW EVENT HELD AT HECKLER

To celebrate an evening of creativity, tech and music, Heckler hostED ‘Collision // East x West’ as part of this year’s SXSW Sydney event on Thursday, 17 October.

Spotlighting West Australian tech, creativity and hospitality, the event focused on ten Western Australian founders in the tech world as they pitched their startups as part of West Tech Fest’s delegation to SXSW Sydney.

The pitch was followed by an epic night of experimentation as creativity, tech and music collided in a showcase from Australia’s new immersive experience and entertainment collective- SUPERGIANT, along with a line-up of awesome musicians from Western Australia (and Heckler’s own). We were especially excited to have Hon. Stephen Dawson MLC, minster for Innovation in the building who took to the stage to chat to guests during the night too.

A huge thank you to the following partners; Eat the Elephant, Mandy Lights, Junior Major, Lymlive & TDC – without whom, Thursday night wouldn’t have been possible.
