By The River
Written and produced by Heckler's EP, Charu Menon and Directed by Dan Braga Ulvestad 'By the River' is a short documentary set in India. Stretching along the river Ganges rests Varanasi, the holiest of India’s seven sacred cities, and a place where devout Hindus go to die in hopes of achieving moksha - becoming liberated from the cycle of rebirth. Several so-called ‘death hotels’ exist to accommodate believers who abandon their lives and come here in wait for death - some for as long as 40 years.

Explorers at heart
Our artists are never happier than when they’re prodding, pulling and poking ideas until they become something unique. It doesn’t even need to be a Heckler job - they just can’t help themselves. Day and night they create art just for the Hec of it. But that’s what comes with having a growth mindset. To grow as artists, they need to push themselves. But you can join in. Come along and push them too.

CULTURE
ELEMENTS OF GROWTH
Elementary growth is a design language replacing pages and pages of managerial strategy. It takes written theory and represents it visually for the visually minded. It illustrates how we grow through focusing not on competition but instead on exploration, experimentation, connection, and craft. This is our map, our road, our path from the small to the big.
